Build An ONLINE STORE

An ecommerce web app is required for this project, it can be built on custom development, wordpress, Joomla or any other suitable CMS/Shopping Cart. Please read through the requirements below and provide me with your solution, with cost and timing required. The key things to keep in mind for this project are clean, simple and highly secured are MUST HAVEs. The web app will requires all the basic functionalities, such as; - User registration and management - Back end management of site content, users, products, messaging, etc. - Front end secured and non secured pages - Payment and checkout - etc. The Specialized workflow requirements as listed below; 1. After user registration and payment method saved in profile. 2. User can initiate a Service Request (SR) 3. The SR can have 1 or many ITEMS required for service (e.g. Clean Car, Clean Dog, Buy Milk, can be anything). 4. The ITEMS on the SR price are provided the user not the shop owner. 5. Incomplete SR can be saved. 6. Once SR is completed, user can proceed to checkout to pay for the total cost of the SR, And a tax rate applied to each ITEM before payment. 7. The SR is saved, which users can access and make cancellation only to the ITEMS in the SR. 8. An account balance will provide the customer with a credit for the amount of the ITEM/S cancelled, and can be used against future SRs. 9. In the back-end should be a list of all the ITEMS that will need to be carryout for the user. 10. The list should be exportable to CSV. 11. The CSV list will be updated with a completion CODE, COMMENT for non completion, and upload back to the back-end to indicate that the ITEM has been completed and notify the user thru the front-end and thru email. Where an ITEM cannot be completed, it will automatically cancel the ITEM and notify the user accordingly with the COMMENT and credit the user account for the amount cancelled. 12. End of SR flow. Other Required Functions 1. User can create Service Request Templates for quick checkout. 2. User can upload ITEMS into the SR and the Template creation when there are many ITEMS to add via CSV. It should allow for five or more different CSV data structures selectable by the user when uploading the file (e.g. From ggogle task, Todo, Asana, etc)
