Build an Online Store

It is really just one product with maybe 3 variations. Very simple. However, I do not know where to begin. I will need your advice. I have looked at shopify and other similar platforms and these would work fine, however there is a custom aspect to my store that I will need implemented which I feel may make shopify NOT the best route to take. Basically, users will need the following functionality as described below: 1) The ability for the site visitor to upload photos from local storage and blend them with a custom template for special offline printing that my company does. This sounds confusing but think of it like this: user uploads picture, centers it, zooms, shifts it around as user likes on a specific template/shape. I receive the file and print from my printers and product is shipped to customer. I can give example of current sites that use this process and it can be emulated. 2) Same as above, except the photos come from user's instagram or facebook account. User can select instagram photos using API and upload them directly. I can discuss more details and UI once winning bidder is selected. This is nothing new and I can provide working website examples to emulate. UI interface may be slightly different. Other than the functionality above, it is a simple eCommerce store, with shopping cart etc. Setup for proper SEO and tweaking and easy to maintain. I am willing to integrate any third party app or platform which you feel will make life easier. Let me know what you think and we can talk further.
