Build an Online Store

The following rules are important to be fair to you and me. VERY IMPORTANT NOTES 1. All instructions have been written. All designs made. Nothing will change on you. If anything changes, then I'll ask you for a quote for the change so I'm fair to you. Otherwise, you have everything. Even the products have been uploaded to the store. Some of the work has already been done. 2. I'll fund the full amount into the Freelancer account so they keep it safe for you an me. I release the full amount at the end. I never pay anything upfront. That's because a half done job is worthless to me. I can't make sales on a half done job. The job needs to be complete and tested. Then I'm happy to release the funds quickly so you're happy to take on more of my projects. If you're a programmer that keeps his word and can deliver, then you hold great value. 3. I never pay by the hours. You have all the information and it will not change on you. You should be able to figure out how much you want to charge for the whole project. 4. All communications are through Freelancer. Please don't try to contact me through skype and don't try to contact the client directly. I'm happy to have an initial conversation on skype once I've determined you're a good candidate. But otherwise, I prefer the freelancer messaging system. A job like this gets upward of 60 bids, many asking for a Skype conversation and I have to manage my time. That’s why I’m happy to talk on Skype only after we’ve determined we have a high potential of working together. 4. The previous programmer told me that he could do it all. Then half way through, he started to give me a list of functions and designs that couldn't be done because the plugins don't exist. Well, if the plugins don't exist, why did he say he could do it? So look at the project carefully. Find out what you can do and what will require custom plugins. You're the professional in this matter. I depend on you to figure it out. If you tell me you can do it, then I'll expect it can be done within your quoted price and deadline. I can be flexible, but to a limit. 5. I prefer the customizations to be done in this order: a. First work with the theme's settings (We use the Avada Theme. You must be experienced with the Avada theme:[login to view URL] This step is probably mostly done already. b. If you need to add custom CSS codes to the site, add them through the theme's custom CSS section of the theme options. If you've worked with the Avada theme, then you know what I'm talking about. That may be mostly done already. c. Lastly, If you need to do customizations that can't be done through the steps above, then edit the child theme. d. Absolutely no customization of existing plugins. I don't want to see the client or myself updating a plugin, which would erase your customization, and suddenly find out that the site isn't working right. If existing plugins can't do the job then we may want to make a custom plugin. If a plugin can get us there close enough, then we're happy to buy it and start with that. By customizing the site that way, you'll make it easy on me to test changes using the theme settings to see how they affect sales without having to look for codes. And the site won't go wrong when I update plugins and the theme. HERE IS WHAT I NEED TO KNOW 1. Quote 2. Deadline where you can do the job. (this is a bit of a rush job now.) 3. What can you do with existing plugins. What will require custom plugins to be created. NOTE: THIS IS A LITTLE RUSH JOB. TELL ME WHAT YOU CAN DO TO LAUNCH IN 1 TO 2 WEEKS.
