Build a catalog style website

Hello, I am in need of someone who can create a catalog style website. I am looking for someone that will be able to create a website homepage that will include signup and login tabs. When the user clicks on the “signup” tab, they (the user) should be able to put in basic information that will insist of email and a password. Once the new user has an account, they should be able to sign in with their email and password and click on a tab known as “new vendor”. Once that is clicked, the user should be able include their address, business information, etc. and another tab to add their products (picture, description, etc.) I do have a template that I can send, if necessary. (Template has homepage with log in/ password and sign up) Required experience: Degree in computer science or at least 5-10 years of experience with computer programming E Commerce experience Familiar with Plesk Database programming background Website programming Website integration/Web programmer NOT website design. If you are familiar with Mindmeister, that is a plus To be a best fit for this project you will need: The ability for communicate as much as necessary Reliability Decent response times Server knowledge To meet the expectations of the project Be available to work together for at least 3 months The goal: The ultimate goal for this project is to build and have a website up and running that a user can easily log into with their username and password that they have created and post their products/descriptions under the name of their own company.
