Build a multi vendor marketplace / auction house. for buying and selling domain names. This will NOT be a registrar.

I need to build a marketplace for users to buy and sell domains. The site will be very similar to [login to view URL] so I recommend looking at that site first. I don't think this will be a hard project because there are several templates and plugins that do exactly what I need. I really want to use wordpress because I have some knowledge on how to navigate through a WP site. Right now I am using the Divi Theme with Woocommerce plugins. Woocommerce also has an auction plugin that looks like it will help with many of these features. I would like to keep the Divi theme because it has a very sleek modern design, but if another theme would work better, I am open to suggestions. Here are some of the features we want to include: | | | \/ \/ \/ -----USER ACCOUNTS----- -Anyone can make an account on the site, but an account is not needed to browse the site. >Make signing up very easy (Ex. Sign up with google or facebook) >When making an account, you must connect a phone # (to prevent users making several accounts) -Users can set up a profile page with picture, links to social media pages, user rating and reviews from other users. ----BUY DOMAINS---- -There will be three types of domain listings 1. Domain auctions 2. Domain auction with a "buy it now" option 3. Domains with "buy it now" and/or "make an offer" only (no auction) To place any bids, the user must be registered on the site AND have a creditcard or paypal account linked. ----Email notifications:----- -Users get an email if they receive a message from another user through the site -Email if a user is outbid on a listing -Email if a comment is posted on a "watched" listing -Email if the reserve is lowered on a "watched" listing -If a user wins an auction or if someone else ends the auction -----SELL DOMAINS----- - Users can list their domains for sale on the site - User chooses what kind of listing it will be (Auction, BIN, Make offer,) - Set duration of the listing (7-21 days) - Set reserve price - Seller can post a tagline for their listing and a description (for domain stats like age, rank, traffic, and related sales) ****PRICING**** All sales made through the site will be subject to a 10% success fee (10% of each sale is paid to the site). --Listing options-- --> LISTING OPTION #1. (---Domain auction---) <-- with or without a buy it now option Cost $9 up front. If the auction ends without selling, the user can re-list the same domain for free (once). --> LISTING OPTION #2 (---Buy it now option with "make an offer"---) Cost $4 up front. Listing stays up for 3 months max. If it doesn't sell in this time, the domain can be re-listed for half price. *Listing Promotions*: Users who list their domains on the website can buy promotions or upgrades which will move them up the list and get more exposure. Different levels of promotions: “Front page” - “Newsletter / Daily email to users” "Featured listing" ------------------------------------------------------- *Needs to have a very simple interface for both buyers and sellers* The admin interface should also be neat and make it easy to collect data from the site (Ex.
