CSS template and data entry

I need a design for a CSS template for a travel page for a website dealing with fossils. I ask for two different mockups of the template. You will have to incorporate my banner that I already have for the webpage,but I am willing to consider changes. I am attaching the site name and the material that would go on a typical page. I have twelve location write-ups similar to the attachted one. If you would like to please make a seperate bid for what you would charge to incorporate 12 different write-ups into the designed template. This must be done with SEO in mind as should the template. Headers should focus on key words etc... images should be named with keywords.
