Changes to pages on HTML Site *Quick*

I have a completed website uploaded to the net that needs three/four big changes to it. Each page is a basic template with the content customized so the changes will be for all of the pages in the site. It should be a case of changing one table cell and pasting it on to all the other pages unless you geniuses have a better way to do it which I am sure you do! Basically the three changes are... 1) Make the table work in all resolutions without looking too small in 1024*768 like it does now. I understand this should be a case of changing table to 100% as it is set to 740px at moment. 2) Change the header on all pages by one word 3) Change footer on all pages by a few lines 4) Add a bit of text on to the product pages near the bottom. The site has 231 pages to change but as I said above I am sure you have some quick way of doing this.
