Convert a Template to a Website on 3DCart

I have a few changes/ edits that I need made to a template. I had previously given the project to a freelancer who was working as a 'salesperson' and farming the jobs out to other people. The edits never got done and so here I am again, trying to find a freelancer who is experienced with 3dcart and can make these simple edits. Business pressure means I don't have the time to do it. Please reach out and I'll give you the edits. I'm prepared to pay $40 for this.
