Create Marketplace like Uber but for teacher. with paypal.

I need to create a marketplace with wordpress, i want the teacher working for me able to offer the service directly to the customer. Teaching or coaching service, one on one ate the office of the client. or sometime by video conference. See this project as a kind of Uber for training at your office. or a Fiverr you need to agree the service was done befor payement is transfert to the teacher. - need to search and offer by geographic - set % rate for my service - teacher able to offer there training from different country - able to choose there price - paypal payment gateway - maybe link with google calendar - multi language support my service now is [login to view URL] ---i try Sharetribe, the option offer is good, geo, teacher can have ther profile, setup % of profit for me. different kind of training. The design is very bad, not very flexible and not wordpress.
