We need 3 different Landingpages for a private health insurance lead campaign that can be used with the google website optimizer. The pages should be a little like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The pictures for the header (happy, healthy people or families) should be royalty free . Every of those three landingpages must contain: - two different header graphics that can be split-tested - two different "submit"-buttons that can be split-tested - space for a discribing text - a contact form with 10 - 12 fields (like in the mentioned examples above) We need the design and the creation of HTML/PHP as well. Please only apply if you can handle Graphics and HTML!
