Custom site design

I need a site designed. The site will be based on the template located here: [login to view URL] I need to see a preview of your proposal in order to make a decision. The job will be awarded to the person who creates a site closest to the description I specify here. The template above is similar to a steel blue. The site that I need created, needs to be earthy tones such as taupe. The theme is acupuncture. Instead of buildings I was thinking of a three layer overlay of a round ripple overlaid over a womans bare head neck and back overlaid on river rocks. For the navigation on the right, instead of square brick like dividers, I was thinking a winding vine would be in it's place. The look must be clean and professional with a softness that depicts this type of medical art.
