Design Master Page for .net Application

I written a database system and I need a master page done for client. You can use the letter head attached NB the company name is westherm holding but uses all the same information as per letter head. I want the page designed and implemented all neccessary permission will be given to the designer to do it. The design will take a day or 2 but once it designed I need the project in 1 day. The project wont require you to write any code all it is design and implement and make sure it working after you have changed the design
