Design a responsive website design for a holiday booking company

I am looking for a fully responsive website design for a holiday booking site.
The engine the site will run on is completely custom built and so for this project I ONLY need html / css / js. No other coding is required and there is no need to worry about how it will be integrated.
Think of it in terms of a static html site that just looks like you can search :^)
The site effectively consists of 5 page views:
Home - Think airbnb style, with a horizontal search bar where the user puts in their dates, party size etc. Below that should be some destination inspiration, deals and so on.
Search Results - The main listing and filtering page for the site, so probably the page users will spend the most time on.
Details - Once a user finds a holiday they like the look of, the details page has the full write up, all of the photos, availability information and all of that stuff listed on it.
Forms - The basic for stages for when a user has decided to book. This would be where they fill out name, email and so on as well as are provided with a breakdown of their holiday cost.
Utility Pages - These are effectively informational pages such as About Us or "Why Let With Us" (which is for holiday property owners to read!)
There may be more views later on as an additional project but initially i just need to get these all nicely designed and working on all screen sizes. All page views will need to be thoroughly tested with dummy content to ensure they all react nicely with realistic content on all screen sizes.
So I'm looking for a modern, clean, fresh design that borrows from sites like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to make the experience of booking your holiday nice and easy.
Sass is not required BUT would be preferable as i like to maintain all of my projects using Sass for ease of updating, colour tweaks across an entire site and so on. If two equally qualified designers applied and one used Sass and the other didn't, it's going to go to the Sass candidate!
