Develop a Shopify E-commerce store with invoice payment options

A new store with circa 50 products, some with size variants. The payment system, which may be through Pay Pal, is to accept 70% of the invoice value on order, the remaining 30% plus freight which will be identified, when the order is ready to ship. The payments can be made manually upon receipt of invoice, or, they could be made on line if the invoice generated can be 70% of the total goods value, pre shipping. Tax of course too. Pay Pal may be able to assist with some. The website is designed currently with another website supplier, however they are unable to offer the payment options that are require. Therefore, the site is to be transferred to Shopify. If however you believe that Magenta Community may be a better option, or something else, please give your case, along with our price. Much of the input work is copying from current site. Sourcing of photographs - the current photographs are good - I am not sure if they are able to be sourced through Shopify. You may know.
