Developer for Fashion Web-Zine

It's a Passion Project - I'm looking to launch a fashion web magazine. It's not a personal blog and I hope to draw a niche market and grow it into a business so it must look like more than the standard template blog. I hope to take simple and modern style cues from existing websites such as: [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I've done preliminary planning of information architecture as well as design/interface mockups, however I'm not a pro ux/ui/graphic designer and cannot code so I'm not sure how simple or complex making this vision come to life could be. Can it be done using Wordpress or similar platforms or must it be built from scratch? I'm looking for the simplest solution for you and me. It should incorporate Instagram grids using the API and use Disqus as a the comment ing platform. I can handle the analytics/metrics incorporation. - The main requirement is that: You should be knowledgeable of latest trends in web and graphic design, similar to the examples posted above.
