A WEBSITE Design for a Political Action Committee

I am looking to hire a web designer for the development of a new website for a political action committee called MOPAC. We have reserved [login to view URL] and .com. The main site will be the .org address, but we want the .com address to automatically refer to the .org address. We want to keep it fairly simple but well organized and modern -- no corny pictures of the capitol building, flags or handshakes. We want to have easy to use drop down tabs and a stand-out donate button on the home page as this should be one of the main focuses of the website. We should be set up to take donations online by credit card and paypal. Some of the tabs might include a link to our publicly filed Federal Election Reports and donor and donee lists; a user controlled (and user provided content) political blog; links to candidate websites of candidates we have supported; a win/loss record of the candidates we supported in each preceding election; position papers of candidates we support; a list of the board of directors and officers of MOPAC; the history of MOPAC. etc. (not sure what else yet). I would like a custom website design with a custom logo deisgn as well; no pre-existing templates used for other projects. For your information, MOPAC supports federal candidates for Congress (house and senate) who are democrats and support a strong relationship between the United States and Israel.
