I have an ubuntu server with Gnome desktop GUI installed. Apache and tomcat are already installed. virtual hosts and hosts are already defined. But having trouble getting them to communicate. The sites load in the browser with the JSP source rather then the desired website. I am trying to migrate over from a windows server. The task is to configure at least 1 website and it's *.jsp and *.action extensions to work with apache and tomcat and give me instruction on how to do the rest. Also as a second half, I would like to install a GUI tool for DNS administration, such as this [login to view URL] or anything else you may recommend. And then make the same settings in DNS as in the windows server. Please note that in order to successfully work with this project, you must be able to use NX client to log into the ubuntu GUI, and be able to use remote desktop to log into the windows server to review the current settings.
