Conversion Software - Games

I am looking for a program coder to create a piece of software which turns regular image files into 3d studio max files, or hammer files. The program will need to have some user interaction, in order for them to specify aspects of the pictures (i.e - walls, road, hedgerow, houses, other items), the program will then convert this input into a file which can then be loaded into a program as previously described to be able to create maps. ## Deliverables Happy to discuss ideas, and expand in more details the idea i have.
