Customize vb.net winform -- 2

Have a winforms executable that is currently in use on a tablet computer. Need to customize a couple of the controls on this tablet to make them more user friendly. There are [login to view URL] that have the arrow on the right hand side that need to be increased in width 4x so the user can click with finger easier. There is also a flowlayoutpanel that needs to have its scroll bar width increased for easier touching with tablet. It would be nice if when viewing the flowlayoutpanel the user could swipe anywhere within it with their finger to scroll it.
