Write some Software

I need a proof of concept application developed in Node-Webkit with target platform Windows XP. The application must do the following: - Play a mp3 audio - Change the volume of the audio - Say a text using voice synthetizer - Display a "Hello World" HTML interface. I expected these two libraries to be used: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] I can consider other libraries if the developer think they would be more adequate. I'm an experienced software developer, skilled in both Javascript, Node and Webkit, but I know very little about windows. What I need here is a bootstrap application so that I can start developing my project in windows. Potential difficulties of this project are: - Node.js has dropped support for Win XP in version 6.0, so we have to work with an older version. - It's very important that the audio playing is done without using Webkit and HTML5 capabilities, that's why I pointed "player" and "say" libraries. - The voice synthesizer will be tested with a text written in Portuguese. As I saw in the documentation of "say" library, it uses native OS capabilities, so I expect it to work in a Portuguese configured windows XP. Besides the binary and source code, I'll need instructions I can follow myself to build the source code into a distributable binary.
