Hello Its looks like WPAD services need to configure on clients. its need only 1 day or 2 days at max only. I have use fgi app

I need to see the software' specification, and I could do it via teamviewer. I do all support to different customers, we are a small team growing.

To enable WPAD go to Settings > Proxy Settings > General and select Use WPAD - ON and chose one of options below depending on that if you can browse your computers by name or not. If you need any further help please contact me.
