Bathymetry / Land Surveying simmilar to DrDepth

We require a program for land surveying by GPS (bluetooth connected with SBAS support) with bathymetry by echosounder (Serial or USB link), simmilar to DrDepth (Attached) with the following extra features: 1.- Import of DXF (Autocad 2000) to be used as moving map. 2.- Export of collected points as data set or DXF 3D file 3.- Export of 3D model as object to DXF 4.- Color, light and scale adjustment of 3D model and capability to show custom depth isolines (p ej, each meter or so) 5- Export of 3D model to JPG 6.- Import of JPG picture to be used as a moving map, with 2 point scalation, to fit actual coordinates. 7.- Translation to Spanish (we provide translation words) 8.- Web software to generate activation codes based on the Hardware ID of the PC where it was installed. 9.- Stake out function (navigate to a point given a coordinate or using a point from a DXF file.) This project would be for Windows 7 or lower, after finishing we could contract a Windows Mobile version. Please specify required development time and revision/debugging protocol.
