Build a wordpress site

Hello, I would like to setup a private B2B website which would just be a subdomain and setup of woocommerce as well, including a clean and minimal theme for the website. The B2B main thing is for potential buyers to sign up and have an account before even looking at the items we sell ( Attached example) - To do multiple accounts is needed. Adding of 30 products later on will be needed as well Do let me know whether this is possible and be done by 2nd September 2016 Thank you
