Content Management/Content Editor Needed

Talented Editor Needed We're looking for a talented editor who has a passion for natural beauty and healthy lifestyle related content. The editor will manage our team of international writers. The candidate will provide topics and instructions to our writers. The editor will also take care of all postings to our blogs and to our social media channels. If you are a loyal editor who can work independently under tight deadlines, has the passion to tell great stories, and has a good sense of what's going to trend online, then you might be the one we are looking for. ABOUT YOU: • We expect you to be very competitive and self-driven, • You must be able to follow clear instructions and keep following them until they changed. By working with checklists, and structured to do lists, we make sure that we are efficient and effective as possible, • You need to be focused on results and be positive with a no excuse attitude, • Next you need to to be diligent and organized. Other qualifications, 1. Perfect English grammar as you will be working in a team with international staff. 2. Journalism major is preferred, 3. Sensitive to news and hot topics, familiar with popular social mediums so that can provide proper topics to writers, 4. Know how to manage writers (One editor needs to manage up to 8 writers) and how to check text and facts for plagiarism, 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, 6. Highly creative and Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment, 7. Familiar with wordpress, 8. Open to feedback and committed to us as your employer. ABOUT US: We are a successful international and fast growing company (Based in the Netherlands). We are brand, product, and marketing EXPERTS. We build brands, and make them relevant. We are in the process of putting into place a new marketing strategy. One of the pillars of our strategy is content marketing and our mission is to inform and ultimately inspire readers of our blogs with quality content. ABOUT THE POSITION: Working Days: Monday- Friday Hours: 9.30pm- 6.00am Your tasks: • Content discovery for relevant posts for our blogs, • Manage content agenda, • Giving instructions to writers, • Check English articles on content and plagiarism, • Uploading articles to Wordpress, • Selecting the right images for the articles, • Giving input to designer, • Posting on Facebook, Training The first month we will give you all the training you need to do the job. After 2 months we will offer you the possibility for professional training on content management. ABOUT COMPENSATION: • The basic salary is between 20.000 – 40.000 php, • We will pay you weekly for the first 3 weeks and then monthly after that, • We pay 13th Month, • We pay bonuses for great work and results, • We give pay increases based on performance, • We give you 1 personal day which you can use as sick days or vacation days for every month you work for us (12 days per year), • We give you all official holidays as paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, etc) HOW TO APPLY: If you think this job opportunities for you for the long-term, 1.
