Hello, We are looking for an experienced customer support staff to start working full time on our support center. You'll be involved mostly with answering support tickets and offering any assistant necessary to achieve better customer happiness. Our company is in the software development/marketing niche and a good knowledge of WordPress, PHP and most importantly Software testing and quality assurance are necessary. There is a significant learning curve. However, you will start working immediately if hired under the supervision of a more experienced personnel. Payment of agreed salary will be made on weekly basis.

I have a few questions: Can this job be done remotely?, how many hours of works are expected per week, the only ways for communicating with the client will be tickets, chat and email or phone will be required as well? do you have a list of common tasks that may be requested in order to have an idea of what to expect?
