Due to an exciting period of organic growth we are on the lookout for a skilled, 'all-rounder' Virtual Assistant to join our quirky team of digital pioneers.
You will need to have EXCELLENT ENGLISH and communication skills as you will be required to make regular Skype phone & video calls. The successful candidate must have strong skills in posting articles and multimedia content to WordPress too!
This contract will have a trial period with the intention to give ongoing work.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Ability to reword articles into video scripts (training provided)
- Wide range of administration, email and calendar management, secretarial and receptionist type work. Think virtual 'executive assistant'.
- Bulk posting and scheduling of articles and multimedia content to multiple WordPress websites.
- Ability to source royalty free images to go with articles (training provided)
- Willing to use software like Trello, BaseCamp, Google Apps and Slack. (training provided)
- You will work with an Western Australian company to help service local businesses and make the lives of our team members and clients better
Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of WordPress
- Google Apps Experience
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal (VERY IMPORTANT)
- You should be a good team player who is not hesitating to go the extra mile to achieve goals and be confident enough to make suggestions and come forward with your ideas.
- Able to stick to deadlines and give regular updates.
- Outgoing personality, good sense of humour and a positive attitude!
