customize wordpress video theme

I'm looking for an experienced wordpress programmer who's able to customize a video theme. It would be perfect if you already have experience with the themes on [login to view URL] (ondemand, videoflick,...). what I need you to do: - install adtonomy & d-related plugin from [login to view URL] - I need a drop down menu which includes the different author's names, so that one can sort all videos by the author's name. - the player should start automatically (flashvars) I'm an experienced wordpress user and also have some programming skills. Usually I can customize the themes myself but with this project I'm stuck. This shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours for an experienced programmer. If I'm happy with the result I have some more work waiting for you.
