If you don't know how to change the color for radiating gradients in Adobe Illustrator and CSS/HTML templating well, you can't do it easily. If you know Adobe Illustrator and CSS/HTML templates? well, then this shouldn't be too hard since the it's basically one thing that needs to be done 4 times over each and the only HTML part you will need to change is the top-part ingredient of [[login to view URL]][1] site to harmonize with [[login to view URL]][2]? In 3 days or less! I have a website up to which I need? 4 practically identical templates where just the color schemes differ.? I need to have: 1) My logo added to them (I have the eps-file of the logo (a play-symbol), but you need to use Adobe Illustrator (of Fireworks?)? to make it in the? corresponding colors including it's "glow and hovering" effect. -The blue layout should just have the {logo}sonician (font: clarendon) -The red layout should have {logo} [login to view URL] by sonician (font: Viner Hand on [login to view URL] part, see? <[login to view URL]>? for just about how the layout could be (but white instead of read since red background) -The green layout should have {logo} Domains'n'Hosting (font: Magneto) by Sonician (again in font: clarendon)? (a bit like the [login to view URL] by sonician looks like) -The orange layout should have {logo} anApp by sonician (where anApp can be "Brussels" or if you have other idea) 2) You also need to extract the logo with its background when having put in the .psd files of the templates in order to be able to make an animated gif that pulsates quickly every ten seconds (see? <[login to view URL]>? to see what I mean) 3) The css are practically the same for all 4 templates, only the coloring of headers differ, and the undlying CMS (Magento) simply accepts them if just everything belonging to ONE theme will be in the one folder with that name, however, you also need to re-use the same CSS and layout scheme, and also make it applicable for another CMS (simpler structure: This use just two css and two folders, one for "clientarea" pages, and one for "orderform". These two has to be adapted to match the 4 different templates that are used for Magento, too. See detailed reqs below ## Deliverables I want to use the look-and-feel of [[login to view URL]][3] also on [[login to view URL]][4] in its main interface, and in its orderforms interface (practically the same, just a few more css additions in the orderforms-one). Furthermore, I want the sonician-logo in the form of a play-button (attached [login to view URL] file) that now only exists in green-on-black to be made also in the gradient-blue, gradient-red, gradient-green and gradient-orange colors corresponding to the 4 different color layouts of the psd-files. Since I will re-use the Magento+WHMCS combination also for 3 other site-names, I also need the other 3 (for now not used) color-templates, should be identical to the original [login to view URL] template except for the actual logo and the color-coding according to the other css+image files that you can download from <[login to view URL]> (see last "at our server" link for the additional color layouts) The logos for the different color sites should be as described in the assignment (RED: [login to view URL] by sonician, GREEN: Domains'n'Hosting by sonician, Orange: anApp by sonician) This is how you can do this the fastest (by actually working directly towards the template files on the servers, so you immediately can see updates by going to [[login to view URL]][4] and [[login to view URL]][3] respectively): 1) Use filezilla or similar FTP-client to login to: ? a) [[login to view URL]][5] with login: myaide, and pwd: sent separately via adding me to yahoo messenger: <[login to view URL]@[login to view URL]> ? b) [[login to view URL]][6] with login: myaide, and pwd: sent separately as per above! 2) The WHMCS-templates sits on the [login to view URL] server, copy the complete folders four (4) times to your hard drive: /home/[login to view URL] and /home/[login to view URL] to your own, newly created, c://myaide/templates/ folders: ? i) For the blue sonician-only-template: c://myaide/templates/sonician c://myaide/templates/orderforms/sonician ? ii) For the red [login to view URL] by sonician template renamed to: c://myaide/templates/myaide c://myaide/templates/orderforms/myaide ? iii) For the green Domains'n'Hosting by sonician template renamed to: c://myaide/templates/dnh c://myaide/templates/orderforms/dnh ? iv) For the orange anApp by sonician template renamed to: c://myaide/templates/anapp c://myaide/templates/orderforms/anapp? 3) The Magento-templates sits on the [login to view URL] server, copy the complete folders four (4) times to your hard drive: /home/[login to view URL] and /home/[login to view URL] to your own, newly created on your hard drive: ? i) For the blue sonician-only-template: c://sonician/app/design/default/sonician and c://sonician/skin/frontend/default/sonician ? ii) For the red [login to view URL] by sonician template renamed to: c://sonician/app/design/default/myaide and c://sonician/skin/frontend/default/myaide ? iii) For the green Domains'n'Hosting by sonician template renamed to: c://sonician/app/design/default/dnh and c://sonician/skin/frontend/default/dnh ? iv) For the orange anApp by sonician template renamed to: c://sonician/app/design/default/anapp and c://sonician/skin/frontend/default/anapp 4) You should only have to change very few actual layout files: ? a) for whmcs's CMS ([login to view URL]) you possibly need to change the /templates/sonician/header.tpl-file in order to be able to fit the play-button-logo in front of the name (it should not be in the same image-file, since I may want to animate just the play-button later) and the magnifying glass into the search bar, and possibly the /templates/sonician/[login to view URL] for the footer and to make the right-side menu look like the right-side-menu items of [[login to view URL]][3] Otherwise, you should only need to change the [login to view URL] files and images to make it look as much as possible as the one you find at [login to view URL] ? b) for magento CMS ([login to view URL]) you may need to alter /app/design/default/sonician files only to add the play-button-logo in front of the name (it should not be in the same image-file as the sonician-logo (or the other logos), since I may want to animate just the play-button later) and to shorten the search bar to same length as on [login to view URL] and you will need to get to those layout-files to insert the "vision"-statement that exists on the [[login to view URL]][4] site. Otherwise, again, you only need to get to the /skin/frontend/default/sonician files and basically only to shorten the search bar, and to apply the Magento theme buttons to the "Go" button etc. ? ? 5) Once you're done with this, and have uploaded the new template folder (sonician, myaide, dnh and anapp) to the right places on the [login to view URL] and on the [login to view URL] servers, you can consider yourself finished!
