Create an InDesign Template

We have a requirement for someone to create an A5 magazine template for us, using specifically InDesign CS5. We will require you to supply the template and all associated fonts etc that you use. Template details in the attached zip We can supply the cover PSD but have included in the attached zip a pdf of the cover we're planning to use and also a jpg of the background to the cover so that we can place text frames in InDesign (at your recommendation). We are offering $40 maximum for this but for the chosen provider we will also offer subsequent work relating to this project. The magazine is adult in content so please only bid if you are of legal age to view this kind of material as for subsequent work you may be heavily involved (all additional work will be an additional project, this is purely a project to develop the template for our initial work). We need someone on this right away and the template to us within 24hrs of selection, If it helps we have purchased an inDesign template but its for A4 so if you can modify this to work in A5 completely then we may be able to just do that - please advise.
