My customer is a Greek Citizen and wants to start a new LLC business in Dalaware (there can be other USA alternatives also). The owner of the company (or the owners of the company) will be Greek Citizens that already run their other business in Greece. The owners do not want to visit USA in order for all paperwork to be done. They just need to have a virtual office and operate from the US. So we request someone to help us do the following: 1) Check available laws to see how a Greek citizen can open an LLC in USA without coming there 2) Setup the LLC business so that it is perfectly legal (contracts, files, paperwork) 3) Connect the LLC (the legal entity) with a bank account so it can receive money from clients 4) Activate Merchant account in the bank so that it is connected with the LLC and the company can be able to charge credit cards of our clients. 5) Find someone that will represent my client in any given need, because my client will not live or visit the US. So the person should be available on Skype/Phone when needed to talk about daily things that may occur. You need to tell us what paperwork you will need from our behalf from a Greek citizen to make a new LLC in the US without visiting the US. I am an arbitrator, mediator and business consultant in the state of Florida, U.S.A., with over 20 years experience consulting with clients in establishing business entities and maintaining compliance. I can assist in, consult on, or act as the representative of your client in establishing a limited liability company in Florida and serving as the registered agent of the business (a registered agent will be a requirement). In addition to establishing a bank and merchant account with one of the major banks, i.e., Chase, City Bank, Bank of America (with online access for your client), your client will need to secure a U.S. Internal Revenue Business Tax I.D., number, a virtual office. With my business and legal background, I can certainly handle all of the above; however, the type of business will dictate what other requirements/services will be needed, i.e., accounting, website services. While Delaware is a traditionally business friendly state, I would recommend establishing the business entity in the state of Florida. There are tax advantages and the business climate is as friendly, if not more so, than Delaware. The bid would cover my initial fee for services; additional initial cost would be filing fees for all legal documents and establishing a virtual office. I would provide a detailed schedule of services, cost and fees for your client's review. If I am awarded the project there is much more to discuss and I can be available via Skype.
