In addition to establishing a bank and merchant account with one of the major banks, i.e., Chase, City Bank, Bank of America (with online access for your client), your client will need to secure a U.S. Internal Revenue Business Tax I.D., number, a virtual office.
With my business and legal background, I can certainly handle all of the above; however, the type of business will dictate what other requirements/services will be needed, i.e., accounting, website services.
While Delaware is a traditionally business friendly state, I would recommend establishing the business entity in the state of Florida. There are tax advantages and the business climate is as friendly, if not more so, than Delaware.
The bid would cover my initial fee for services; additional initial cost would be filing fees for all legal documents and establishing a virtual office.
