I was doing all the accounting for my company myself but with the rapid growth of the business, the accounting has gotten a bit unorganized and confusing. I am looking to hire someone who can clean up all the transactions and make sure everything is as its supposed to be. The income statements are accurate but the balance sheet is definitely becoming an issue and has gotten confusing.
