Help me as I use Xero to bookkeeping complex financial investment portfolio

Job Description:
I am seeking advice as to I can use Xero to enable me to keep records of a diverse investment portfolio that I manage on behalf of myself and some partners. I am very familiar with using Xero for regular businesses and indeed I myself use it for 2 businesses.
However Xero is not really designed for the requirements of an investment portfolio but there isn't an off the shelf alternative, so I have to make Xero work for me. Problems include how to account for partner's different % ownership of individual investments (the % split's are not the same on each investment), how to revalue the portfolio to reflect changing market values (there is no easy way of changing a price versus quantity and instead I believe that I need to revalue using spreadsheets outside Xero and then to input the changes as Unrealised Gains), to report Capital Gains upon disposals, to accrue income from either interest earnt or dividends to each Partner. etc etc.
For all of these various problems I can see solutions, but I would prefer to have an expert help me set up the very best system within Xero to achieve the requirements. To be clear THERE IS NO ONGOING BOOKKEEPING WORK for you that will result from this Project as the partners will not accept a third party having access. What I need is an expert accountant who knows Xero who can give me the advice over the phone/zoom/skype etc. Whilst there isn't ongoing bookkeeping work from this Project, it is likely that I come back for more advice in the future as I am growing my activity.
Please only show interest if you are qualified accountant, as I can not afford the time to waste with someone who is going to be making it up as we go along.
When I say "adapt Xero", what I mean is to use the accounting concepts to create the right type of accounts within Xero, such as Unrealised Gain accounts, Revaluation reserves, Accrued Capital Gains Tax Liability, Owner A, B, C, Accounts. Xero can do all of this but I need some help to work out the best way
