Help with Wages

We have a hospitality business in Houston Texas. We started business in August 2019. Since then we have four employees working for us. We have been paying checks to those employees. For 2019 Q4, by mistake we only reported two employees on the quarterly return even though the check was cut for 4 employees.
We need help with following:
Amend 2019 Q4 report to add the other two employees
File new 2020 Q1 report for four employees
Currently we do have CPA but due to COVID-19. We are not able to get hold of him. We do have access to the online IRS account to pay the taxes.
We also need separate quote to assist us in filling out PPP loan application form and answer some of the questions related to Employee Retention Credit and guidance on which one benefits us the most.
