Need a CPA to read and certify a document

We are looking for a CPA accountant to review a document that evidences our company's specific certification. You don't need any experience, but you do need to be a Certified Public Accountant in the US, and the review shouldn't take more than 10 minutes of your time - we are willing to pay UP TO $50 for this project so only bid that high. Essentially, we as a company are certifying to you that we meet certain standards and guidelines, and then you as the CPA are certifying that the company has certified and said this to you. The document needs to be signed by a CPA that is why we need to hire a third party (you) to do it.
