Virtual Administrative Assistant (CRM Management and Data Entry)

We are currently looking for a Virtual Administrative Assistant to support us in CRM Management and Data Entry. The role will be divided into two parts: ongoing daily tasks and occasional project-based assignments.
- Ongoing Daily Tasks (approx. 30 minutes daily)
+ Monitor recent activity on job portals such as Indeed and other employment websites.
+ Update our CRM with relevant leads gathered from these portals.
- Initial Significant Assignment (30 - 40 hours)
+ Input existing data into our CRM.
+ Occasional Project-Based Tasks
+ Execute additional administrative and data entry work as required.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a significant plus.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and comfortable learning new technical systems.
- Ability to prioritize work based on business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
