Lightroom - organize my catalog files

Hello - my PC crashed and I have to build/put my Lighroom files back to where they need to be. I have the back-up files, but no idea where to put them. Making things worse, my PC crashed twice, so now I have mutwo Lighroom back-ups and I've no idea which is which. Easy for you, stressful for me (I know I can't break anything, but concerned I'll turn it into a giant mess since I don't know how to do it). Perhaps you can help! Not sure if this is something we can do online or we need to meet local where you physically move the files on my computer.
