Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Create and manage content for social media channels and website.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus.
