Affiliate Marketer For An App "Rolling Joe"

Hello I am looking for an affiliate marketer who can market my app "Rolling Joe". We have a very tight budget so I am interested in doing a commission only payment model, where for every sale you get of course a cut of that profit. The more you sell, the more you make, there is no limit. We also will have many other apps in the future as we are starting a new company, and are looking for someone to do our future marketing.
