Sierra Charts automated trading

Sierra chart is software for charting the financial markets. Taking bids from C++ programmers familiar with Sierra Charts to produce a backtest references two other indicators. I need to have an automated developed for Sierra Chart. I am looking for a reliable and efficient developer / programmer who has extensive experiences in trading indicator development to develop overbought & oversold keltner channel using Bid Ask Volume Ratio regular divergence on the smaller time frame ( in C ++ ) in Sierra Chart and properly place when to enter buy, exit buy, enter sell, exit sell.
