i need to code the mathematical model in matlab with the clark and wright algorithm. The mathematical model is in the 8th page of the journal 'integrated production and distribution scheduling' and the steps of clark and wright heuristic is in the 51th page of the pdf 'clark and wright algorithm'. An example of the algorithm is also shown in the pdf. I can explain the concept of the problem.
