Amazon MWS API help with coding errors returned from Amazon Server

I'm working on a coding project to access Amazon MWS API. I'm getting a error returned from the Amazon server that I need help with.

ERROR MESSAGE :

<Message>The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. Consult the service documentation for details.</Message>

Attached files:

1. My Sha256 Hash string before it's is encoded. (Amazon_Hash_String_Not_Signed)

2. Resulting signed string to go to Amazon server (Amazone_Signed_String)

3. Amazon response (Amazon_Response)

I need help resolving the errors so I can access the Amazon API.

I think the issue is with my Sha256HMAC and Base64 HMAC encoding.
