AWS applications redirect to new Domain

I have an application that have a staging and production environment connected to a domain (this domain is bought somewhere else and is connected using ROUTE 53).
The task I need you to do:
1. Connect the new domain to the existing application with all environments.
2. Redirect the old domain to the new domain.
Requirements:
You must have experience with AWS and Route 53
You must work remote(via TeamViewer) you will not get direct access to the account if you are not through TeamViewer.
