Create and Manage 50 Private Dedicated Proxies on Amazon Web Services or another platform for me

I am looking to setup my own private dedicated proxy servers. I use these for online shopping and have heard that the best way to run these are via AWS. I have software that requires me to input my private proxies. [login to view URL]:Port:Username:Password (username/password only on proxies that don't have whitelisted ip addresses). My server right now is hosted in the San Jose area of California and I want my proxies to be setup nearby. I would like to be either taught how to make and delete proxies easily and if i need to launch several, I would like to be able to do that quickly. Please DM me if you have any ideas.
