Hi, I am looking for a freelancer with expertise in cloud hosting, i don't want to pay upfront for a bigger cloud instance, but only when traffic on site increases, it should auto scale and make more instances, Appropriate cloud needs to be chosen from AWS / Azure / DO based on how cost efficient it will be, Only looking for someone who can give detailed statistics about cost, pros and cons of each cloud, and then make the setup for my site. DO does not provide much flexibility like AWS/Azure, so let's ignore DO. is you website already developed? then I would suggest Elastic Beanstalk(uses EC2 underlying to autoscale). are you planning to develop a site? then go for serverless infrastructure(it's way cheaper).
