*I want it to "lock" the phone so no other apps can run. *Only one URL will be set ahead of time, and that will be the only url it will run. *No forward / backward buttons, no option for properties or copy or anything other then view, and click on links inside the url. *This app will not be posted on Google Store, it wll only be used as APK on my devices. *I want a version that works on small android phones and android tables.
