I would like to build an IPTV app, which has built in VPN and automatically connects to VPN when the user logs in. It should have customisable portals and be branded. The main feature it needs to have is to automatically connect to VPN via the Open VPN system and for connections to be split equally amongst the VPN servers. The VPN connections will be load balanced across all of the VPN servers. It will be an android app.
