Hello Everyone, I have an Android Studio App that I want to add ANPR or ALPR functionality to. The app was created in Android Studio 4.0.1 and Java. Basically, you click on a button and the app use the rear camera on the phone to read the license plate number and display it as text on a TextView widget. The device I will be using is an Android smartphone API Level 19 and up. After you have created a working sample, you will zip the solution and send it to me for testing. Requirement: Android Studio 4.0.1, Java, ANPR. Please see uploaded screenshot so you understand what I am looking for. If you are not experience with Android Studio 4.0.1 and Java programming language and ANPR, please do not bid on this project.
