Hello, I am expert in reverse engineering. The tools in use are apktool, jar2dex, java decompiler, jd-gui. I have decompiled several apk files successfully and recompiled them. But remember one thing its not so easy. and all programs are command line tools and one have to be expert to handle it. So if you chose a wrong person s/he will waste your time.
