Need Android Developer to develop a Plex, Netflix, Disney+ Type App to work with an Android TV BOX

I need a developer who really has experience in developing apps for TV Boxes who also has experience with software like Plex. This app needs to be installed on an Android TV Box App Features are the following The Interface needs to be kinda like Plex, Netflix, Disney+ or Apple TV List of features has Genres, Movies, TV Series The difference I Don't want streaming only downloading from a server to the box Movies are played from the box When a user selects the movie, it needs to show options like Rent HD, or By HD the player needs to be able to play HD, 4K, 3D movies are placed on the server each in a folder if movie is available in HD, 4K and 3D each will have its folder Player needs to be compatible with mkv and mp4 I will also need a backend software that manages the contents of the app I wish to use TheMovieDb API for the covers, backdrops and movie informations The app needs to have Rental Capabilities like Amazon Prime Video Customer can Rent or buy the movie - Rentals are available for 48 hours when start playing, after 48 hours the movie is deleted from the Harddisk After a movie is rented it stays for 30 days IF it is not played before deleted, after the user presses play it is available for 48 hours - Each user will have a Purchased Movies list, same interface as main where each movie is placed in its Genre and even if user deletes the movie from the HDD, he can always Download the movie back because its purchased. - App needs to have features to be able to play TV Series, each series has many episodes, and it needs to be able to handle kinda like Netflix does - Please i need a payment solution for this project, Netflix users pay on website but its Unlimited, this works like Apple TV or Amazon Prime Video, each movie can be rented or purchased, so i need a payment solution for this type of project. we can discuss the type of payment solutions which we can use - i will attach a few screenshots , i would like an interface kinda like these screenshots I am open to any suggestions to be able to accomplish this project - Android TV box will be customized by manufacturer to be able boot and show only apps i allow Important Points: Timeframe not important, i will continue to work with developer in the future to improve the app Also I will need source code for project .
