RWA to access information about different health and fitness service providers through marketplace infrastructure provided by the platform which serves the specific geolocation to which the society is linked and empanel them for the benefits of flat owners of the society 2. Flat Owners to linked RWAs can access detailed information related to the providers empanelled by the RWAs and book services & make payments. About the scope: The different user groups of the platform: 1. RWA admin 2. Flat owners 3. Market place administrator 4. Health and fitness-related service providers Development activity includes: 1. Web app for RWA admin 2. Mobile app both in iOS & Android for Flat owners. 3. Web app for Market place administrator 4. Mobile app both in iOS & Android for service providers. Features: A. RWA Admin 1. Create a society account 2. Send invite Flat owners & Approve flat owners account 3. Link health and fitness service providers from the market place to the society account 4. Update details of verified members of the fitness providers. B. Flat owners 1. Create a flatwise account 2. Access information regarding services providers approved by the RWA admin 3. Book and cancel services and make payments 4. Access details of a past order 5. Rate different service providers post-service experience 6. The Fitness calendar automatically enlists different activities booked with different providers and which get automatically updated if the providers make changes in the service delivery calendar. C. Market place administrator 1. Create and activate society account 2. Register different service providers or approve various service providers account created by the Health and fitness provider web app 3. Approve or disapprove different service level SKU enlisted by the providers 4. Approve or disapprove employees of the providers in case the provider delivers service through employees 5. Track various transactions conducted by the various Flat owners 6. Track reviews of different service providers given by flat owners from different registered RWAs D. Health and fitness service Providers 1. Create a new account 2. Register different service level SKUs which includes unit-level service or a package of service delivered to the customer over a period of time at regular intervals 3. Register a service level SKU with the free trial which can be offered at the RWA and flat owner level 4. Set price for any service level SKUs 5. Create Coupon codes for discount to be offered at the RWA level or individual flat owner level. 6. Create a list of service agents under the Provider in case the service is delivered by employees of the providers. 7. Access booking calendar of service and make changes if required which gets automatically reflected in the fitness calendar of the flat owners and notified 8. Access sales analytics
